LEAD BIG: Planning Big!

​Leadership is an artform, and I for one believe that is also a cultivated skill. It requires time and self development. I remember (in my 20's) how I used to get weary at the many conferences & workshops that my employers would require me to attend.

Now (in my 40's) I realize the huge investments those companies were making in my future, simply because they saw something in me that I had yet to see in myself...I WAS A LEADER!

​I think a couple of my favorite bosses would definitley be proud to see me now, especially when I was asked to be a presenter at this year's Lead Big Conference, held on 2/3/18 & hosted by Derek J. Murphy.
